After gathering the relevant information about you and what you’re looking for, we will draft and forward a trip proposal for your review.  Once your proposal is approved, signed and returned to us, we will get to work on curating your holiday. Our team will connect with our preferred industry suppliers/partners to design your ideal trip, including selected itinerary, accommodations, recommended experiences, dining and other “wow” additions with the assistance of our global connections.

After working on your tailored itinerary we will booked in time to meet with you and go over the details. This would ensure that you are satisfy with what we are proposing prior to booking it. 

After you approve the final itinerary and you are notified of payment requirement – we will proceed to lock in all the details, flights if needed, and added your special VIP touches to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

You are on your way and your trip details will be provided through our custom interactive e-itinerary. This will enable us to stay on top of any changes along the way and ensure a seamless and exquisite experience.
